Lotion bars are fragile when shipped, and we will NOT ship during the summer months or once temperatures in your area or our area are above 80 F (on average). Other times of year, we take every precaution to ensure the lotion bar retains its shape during shipping and does not get warm enough to melt or soften, but we are not responsible for loss of shape that occurs during shipping. You may opt for our lotion bar tubes during the summer months - we will personalize the labels on those, and folks love them because they can toss them in their purse and carry them on the go. Once you place your order, we'll send you the form to complete information regarding choice of fragrance, label background, script, and text choice, and choice of lotion bar style.
